Reducing Self-Sabotaging Behaviours – 6-week course
Date: Wednesdays, 5:30–7:30pm, starting Wednesday 7th January
Price: £150
Are you fed up with promising yourself you’ll start that good habit next week and it never happens?
You will learn how to:
- Recognise the thoughts, emotions, and situations that trigger self-sabotage
- Understand your protective mechanisms and why change feels hard
- Build self-compassion instead of self-criticism
- Develop practical tools to create healthier habits and follow through
- Build resilience around discomfort, uncertainty, and fear of failure
- Strengthen confidence in your values and long-term goals
- Create a personalised, sustainable change plan
This course is for anyone who wants to break the cycle of self-sabotage, repeated false starts, and frustration. Many people begin January with renewed intentions and a “new year, new me” mindset only to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disappointed.
This course helps you understand why these patterns repeat and empowers you to finally create sustainable change.
Led by experienced therapists who use these approaches in their clinical work (and in their own lives), the space is held with empathy, honesty, and connection.
Join us and take the first genuine step towards a ‘new me.’
