Nervous System Reset – 2-week course
Is your body exhausted from stress, overwhelm, or burnout?
You will learn how to:
- Understand how the nervous system works and why you become dysregulated
- Recognise triggers, patterns, and early warning signs
- Use sensory tools such as breathing, grounding, deep-pressure, movement, aromatherapy, and rhythm to regulate your body
- Build both quick “reset” skills and long-term regulation habits
- Improve sleep, immunity, relationships, and stress tolerance through nervous system regulation
This course is designed for anyone who feels stuck in cycles of stress, overwhelm, exhaustion, or emotional reactivity. When the nervous system becomes dysregulated, everything feels harder sleep, relationships, decision-making, emotional resilience, and even physical health.
In this practical and compassionate course, you will learn why your body responds the way it does and how to gently guide it back into balance.
Using a mix of sensory tools (deep pressure, movement, breathwork, grounding exercises), emotional tools (boundaries, journaling, co-regulation), and personalised planning, you will leave with a toolkit that is both realistic and sustainable.
This course is co-facilitated by experienced therapists and offers a safe, supportive, deeply validating space.
